Mezzetta Makes It Betta

Welcome October!!! One of my favorite months of the year. The weather its colder the leaves turn and the food and beverages come in full force. I have partnered with a company I have been a fan of for long time now. Mezzetta is game changer when it come to their products and what they have to offer.

Im creating a charcuterie board that is showcasing Mezzetta. Now if you know me you know how much I love me some cheese boards. Its honestly one of the best things to make for when guest come over. Its usually the first thing that gets destroyed by your guest. Also a way to please everyone.

Im creating one that is meatless. Starting with different types of cheese. we have Sheep, goat and cows milk. I have as well paired with dried fruits. Cranberry, prunes and dates. Also some assorted nuts from walnuts and spicy almonds. Some toasted bread in the middle with jams and spreads raised in jars off the board. We have fig spread and a honey mustard. Now for the star ingredient. We have some olives stuffed with garlic from Mezzetta, also some roasted red pepper. Pickled veggies that are mouth watering. Yum!!!!

Im paring my board with a classic dirty Martini I used some of the Olives juice from the Mezzetta jar. Lets just say this board was a smash hit and got everyone wanting more. Pick up yours today at your local market and see how Mezzetta can make it better. Happy Holiday months to come!!!
