Kombucha turns Cocktail

Coming out of Ojai California, Flying Embers is making not only some amazing kombucha beverages but also just introduced a variety of Seltzers. Their mission is to set out craft bold imaginative flavors with a modern function.

I was asked to incorporate there kombucha and seltzers into mixology cocktails. I was thrilled to get my hands on the product and start some R&D. With flavors like Pineapple Chili, Watermelon basil and Mango Coconut just to name a few.

The Embers Foundation

The Embers Foundation is a nonprofit, the Embers Foundation address first responder and community needs nationwide, through wildfire prevention and education,

The Hard Kombucha creates a great source of cultures, never pasteurized and botanicals.

I wanted to create something that compliments the flavor of the Flying Embers grapefruit. I used a liqueur called Cynar made from artichokes. Paired with a mint syrup.
